designs incorporated into or displayed or rendered by a software
of the Alambik® Viewer suite, the accompanying printed
materials, and any copies of any of the Alambik® Software
Products (which include but is not limited to The Alambik®
Viewer suite, Alambik® Viewer, Alambik® Viewer plug-in,
Alambik® MC Player, Alambik® Editor Basic Core, Alambik®
Editor ACE versions, Alambik® Exporters, Alambik®
AVO libraries) are owned by Alambik® ltd Epps Building-
Bridge Road- Ashford - Kent TN23 1BB - England- United Kingdom)
or its suppliers.
You, as licensee through your purchase of any of the Alambik®
Software Products (which include but is not limited to The
Alambik® Viewer suite, Alambik® Viewer, Alambik®
Viewer plug-in, Alambik® MC Player, Alambik® Editor
Basic Core, Alambik® Editor ACE versions, Alambik®
Exporters, Alambik® AVO libraries) do not acquire any
ownership rights to that Software Product.
The licence agreements shall be governed by and construed
under English law as such law applies to agreements between
English residents entered into and to be performed within
the United Kingdom. The application of the United Nations
Convention of Contracts for the International Sale of Goods
is expressly excluded.
